Shipping & Delivery

Here at Stephen Ball Photography we ship our products around the world and offer a number of shipping options to make sure your items arrive quickly and safely.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage once your full address has been added.

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

UK non-mainland deliveries are subject to courier availability and capacity, and can therefore be subject to unforeseen delays.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Timeframes 

Prints
As our artwork products are bespoke and framed prints are made to order, lead times vary and are dependant on a number of factors. Below is a guide to the average lead times for certain products. 

  • For print only products please allow up to one week for mainland UK delivery. If we have existing stock, it will be delivered within 3-4 days. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

Homeware & Stationery

For homeware and stationery items, please allow 3-4 days for mainland UK delivery. For Europe please allow 10 -14 days and the rest of the world approximately 4 weeks.

Artwork Packaging

  • Print only orders for delivery within mainland UK will be rolled and sent in a tube or small box.

  • Mounted prints will be sent flat packed in bubble wrap and placed in a slim box.

Brexit & Tax Implications

From 1 July 2021 if ordering from this website you WILL be charged Vat (and Duty if appropriate) and a handling fee ON DELIVERY of your order if the value is higher than your local country threshold. This applies to ANY orders for overseas delivery. If ordering from stephenballphotography.com ALL international customers are responsible for any Vat, Duty or handling fees they may incur on delivery. No returns will be accepted for refusal to pay any applicable custom fees.

Missing items

If there's something missing from your order, our items often arrive in separate parcels. These may be delivered by different couriers, who deliver up until 7pm.
